Across these two-hours we will work through key poses of the primary series in a detailed technique-driven workshop focused on the logic of the ashtanga method.

We will break down the key elements of ashtanga yoga and merge the philosophical foundations with an alignment-based class for all levels.

Directly apply the tristana method (the three pillars of ashtanga yoga) of breath, posture and focal point to train the mind and harness your inner power. Understand how the poses are related to one another and harness the intelligence of the body in your practice.
